𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
* Drive site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures
* Develop strong relationships with clients and channel partners
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution
* Ensure strong sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
* 5+ years of experience in real estate sales
* Strong exposure to residential builder floor projects in Gurgaon
* Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
* Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market dynamics
* Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
* Hands-on experience in closures and conversions
