We are looking for a Head of Sales who can lead revenue growth, build a high-performance sales engine, and position TrustGrid as a category leader in integration and connectivity solutions.
This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategy, execution, and leadership, with a strong ability to close deals and scale teams in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy
- Own and drive end-to-end revenue targets and sales strategy
- Build and execute GTM plans to acquire enterprise and mid-market clients
- Develop scalable sales playbooks, pipelines, and forecasting models
- Identify new markets, verticals, and expansion opportunities
Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure
- Lead complex B2B enterprise sales cycles (multi-stakeholder deals)
- Build strong relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers
- Drive negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures
- Ensure predictable revenue through pipeline management
Sales Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Define KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks
- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence
- Hire, onboard, and scale the sales organization
GTM & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Align sales messaging with product positioning and market needs
- Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap
- Partner with marketing on lead generation and conversion strategies
Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Build and manage partnerships with system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem players
- Drive co-selling opportunities and channel revenue
- Expand TrustGrid’s presence through strategic alliances
Sales Operations & Process Excellence
- Establish structured sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting cadence
- Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasting
- Optimize sales cycles and improve win rates
Executive Reporting & Visibility
- Provide weekly revenue and pipeline updates to the CEO
- Highlight:
- Revenue performance vs targets
- Pipeline coverage and deal movement
- Key wins, risks, and deal blockers
- Strategic initiatives and growth opportunities
- Translate sales data into clear business insights and actions
Requirements
Must-Have
- 8–12 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales (SaaS, integration, or technology platforms preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in closing large, complex deals
- Strong leadership experience managing and scaling sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth for both enterprise technology platforms like TrustGrid and consumer-facing products such as SynQ Social
Good-to-Have
- Experience in integration platforms, APIs, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Exposure to startup or high-growth environments
- Experience in building channel/partner sales models
- Familiarity with global markets and enterprise clients
