Job Title: Sales Head
Location: Surat – Dumas Road
Salary: Up to ₹55,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
Industry: Event Management
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate and individual clients for events, exhibitions, weddings, and brand activations.
Generate leads through networking, references, cold calling, and digital platforms.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management review.
Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.
Represent the company at networking events and business meetings in Surat and nearby regions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in event management, advertising, hospitality, or related industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong local market knowledge of Surat and surrounding areas.
Salary : Upto 55 k (No bar for right candidate)
office timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
