💰 Fixed: ₹6 – ₹10 LPA
🎯 Variable: High-Performance Incentives + Team Override
💸 OTE: ₹12 – ₹24 LPA+ (uncapped based on revenue impact)
Role is For- Ankit Btra- India's No.1 Celebrity Numerologist.
The Batraa Numerology, led by Ankit Batra, is scaling rapidly with a strong inbound funnel, high-intent leads, and a proven product ecosystem across consultations, reports, and premium offerings.
We are now building a serious revenue engine — not just a sales team.
The Role (What This Actually Is)
You are not here to “take calls.”
You are here to:
- Build the sales system
- Own monthly revenue targets
- Drive team performance
- Increase LTV via upsells & cross-sells
You will act as a mini-CEO of revenue inside the business.
Core Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership
- Own and drive monthly revenue targets
- Track daily numbers: leads, conversions, CAC, LTV
- Identify bottlenecks and fix them fast
2. Sales Strategy & System Building
- Design sales scripts, objection frameworks, closing flows
- Build follow-up systems (call + WhatsApp + CRM)
- Introduce new sales plays, urgency triggers, offer positioning
3. Team Leadership
- Manage & mentor sales executives
- Set daily/weekly targets
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and performance
- Hire & train new reps when needed
4. Monetization & Growth
- Build upsell & cross-sell frameworks
- Increase average order value (AOV)
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion %
- Experiment with pricing, bundling, offers
5. Incentive & Performance Design
- Create incentive structures that drive behavior
- Introduce gamification (leaderboards, contests, streak rewards)
- Align incentives with revenue, not activity
6. CRM & Data Management
- Ensure accurate tracking of leads & sales
- Analyze performance dashboards
- Optimize funnels using real data.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years in Sales / Inside Sales / Revenue roles
- Experience managing a team of 3–10 reps
- Strong understanding of:
- Closing psychology
- Objection handling
- High-ticket selling
- Proven track record of hitting monthly revenue targets
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven setup
Bonus If You:
- Have worked in coaching / consulting / info-product space
- Have built or scaled a sales team before
- Understand funnel-based selling (webinar → call → close)
Work Setup
- Monday–Friday: Work from Office
- Saturday: Work from Home
- Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
