Role Description
As the Head of Sales, you will lead the sales strategy and operations at The Saraogi Clothing Company to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. You will ensure targets are met while fostering long-term partnerships with clients and enhancing the company’s brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to craft and execute strategies that drive revenue and meet targets
- Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship building to sustain and expand customer loyalty
- Demonstrated capability in Team Management and leading teams towards achieving organizational goals
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, analyze data, and make informed decisions
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and align sales efforts with corporate objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is considered a plus
- Prior experience in the textile, uniform, or apparel industry will be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
