Seeking leaders from high-growth D2C/B2C brands to help build a next-generation real estate platform focused on demand creation, customer trust, and scalable distribution.
Department : Sales
Reporting to : CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sustainable business growth and profitability by leading sales strategy, market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization across multiple business verticals and channels.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through effective sales execution, customer retention initiatives, and seamless management of customer care, support systems, and team performance.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, execute promotional initiatives, and enhance overall operational and departmental effectiveness.

• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (Preferred from tier 1 campus).
• 8-12 years of experience in channel/distribution sales, preferably in real estate, financial products, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience managing large partner networks and driving sales through distribution ecosystems.
