Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities will also include building strong relationships with clients, conducting market analysis, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing sales forecasts, and delivering detailed reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Strong abilities in Team Management to lead, mentor, and optimize the performance of sales teams.
- Proficiency in Account Management to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills for conducting market and sales trend analysis and creating data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to succeed in high-pressure situations and complex negotiations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience in the fitness, health, or wellness industries is a significant advantage.
