We’re hiring a #SalesHead – Delhi
Most “Sales Head” roles talk about targets.
This one is about owning revenue at ground level.
If you haven’t handled port dealings, negotiations, and real client closures in logistics/EXIM, this won’t fit.
#Location: Delhi
#Salary: ₹1.5–2 LPM
#Experience: 10–15 yrs
What you’ll actually do:
- Drive end-to-end revenue (strategy → closure)
- Build strong relationships across ports, clients & partners
- Handle commercial negotiations, contracts & deal execution
- Bring structure, but also thrive in on-ground chaos
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has personally closed high-value B2B deals
- Understands how business moves through ports & trade channels
- Can take ownership of numbers—not just report them
- Thinks like a business owner, not an employee
