Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Head to drive offline sales, customer experience, and growth across all SoupX outlets. This role will focus on data-driven decision making, strong execution, and strategic planning to improve store performance and brand visibility in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Growth
- Design and execute weekly outlet-wise sales strategies
- Drive footfall, conversions, and repeat customers
- Identify growth opportunities using sales data and customer insights
Customer Experience
- Enhance in-store experience to improve retention and satisfaction
- Build feedback loops and implement improvements
Offline Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Plan and execute on-ground activations, partnerships, and campaigns
- Increase local visibility for each outlet
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze daily/weekly sales, inventory, and customer trends
- Optimize pricing, offers, and product performance
- Maintain dashboards and track KPIs
Team Management & Execution
- Lead and manage a team of interns/executives across outlets
- Ensure strong on-ground execution of all strategies
- Create clear execution plans and monitor outcomes
Multi-Store Operations
- Oversee performance across all outlets
- Standardize processes and replicate best practices
Requirements- 4+ years of experience in sales, offline operations, or retail/F&B
- Strong experience in offline customer interaction and store-level sales
- Proficiency in data analytics, Advanced Excel, and reporting
- Experience in multi-store management and growth strategy planning
- Solid understanding of early-stage startup environments
- Proven leadership skills with a strong execution mindset
- Ability to convert strategy into clear, actionable plans

Compensation & Location- CTC: ₹10–15 LPA
