Role Description
The Head of Sales will oversee the sales strategy and operations across key verticals of the Sonip Group, driving revenue growth and establishing new market opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing and executing sales plans, setting and achieving targets, nurturing client relationships, and analyzing data to optimize performance. The individual will collaborate with other departments to align business goals and implement impactful strategies. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a strategic approach to revenue growth
- Strong leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Experience in Account Management, building and nurturing client relationships
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess sales data, market trends, and performance metrics
- Proven track record in achieving targets and driving business outcomes
- Experience in sales within industries such as real estate, security, or related sectors is advantageous
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
