HEAD OF SALES
The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales department, setting strategic goals, and driving the company's revenue growth. This role involves managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring targets are achieved in line with company objectives. Looking for candidate's from Kerala only with similar ED-TECH or Educational sales background
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
* Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership:
* Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
* Set clear objectives and performance targets for the sales team.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Revenue Growth:
* Drive revenue by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Identify and expand into new markets or sectors.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
Collaboration and Reporting:
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to align efforts.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
Process Improvement:
* Identify gaps in the sales process and implement improvements.
* Leverage tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
