Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for the Head of Sales at Shakkr. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building strong relationships with key accounts. They will analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and implement processes to enhance sales efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Exceptional Team Management skills, with experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in the FMCG, hospitality, or luxury gifting industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
