Job Title: Sales Head – Residential Rooftop Solar

Location: Tamil Nadu

Role:

Lead and grow Sakthi Solar’s residential rooftop business across Tamil Nadu. Build a strong sales team, drive customer acquisition, and achieve installation targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive residential solar sales (B2C) across key locations
Generate leads through field work, digital, and references
Convert enquiries into orders and achieve targets
Handle complete customer journey (site visit to installation)
Build and manage a high-performing sales team
Create partnerships with local influencers (electricians, contractors, societies)

Experience:

7–12 years in sales (preferably solar / home solutions)
Strong experience in team handling and target achievement

Skills:

Good understanding of residential solar & subsidy process
Strong communication (Tamil & English)
Result-oriented and execution-focused
