Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in Hyderabad. The Head of Sales will lead sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, and utilize data-driven insights to achieve growth objectives. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams and contributing to the company’s goals of transforming the real estate advisory landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong Account Management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in Team Management to mentor and develop sales teams
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for sales data interpretation and strategy development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaborations and negotiations
- Experience in the real estate or technology-driven platforms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
