Prohire Network – Recruitment & Training is exclusively hiring on behalf of a globally recognized ultra-luxury wellness resort in Kerala, India.
We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and elevate the resort’s international sales strategy across luxury hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, and high-net-worth travel markets.

🔹 Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as Head of Sales / Director of Sales / Senior Sales Leader within luxury hospitality or wellness-focused brands
• Strong exposure to luxury wellness resorts, retreats, lifestyle hospitality, or premium travel brands
• Ability to drive international business development and strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and wellness tourism trends
• Established network within luxury travel, hospitality, or wellness sectors
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, and team management skills
• Resort experience will be highly preferred
