PranaChain is a next-generation, consent-driven healthcare data platform giving patients full ownership and control of their medical records — while enabling healthcare providers to access the right information at the right time.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a founding Head of Sales to own and build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage an existing playbook — this is for a builder who thrives in zero-to-one environments.
You will be the first dedicated sales leader at PranaChain, responsible for driving revenue, building partnerships with healthcare providers, and laying the foundation for a scalable sales function.
Important: This is a fully equity-based role. Compensation will follow upon completion of a defined company milestone. We are looking for someone who believes in the mission, wants to be part of building something significant, and is motivated by long-term upside.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals with clinics, hospitals, labs, and healthcare networks
• Build and refine PranaChain's sales strategy, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and outbound playbooks
• Establish and grow partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers, and health-tech ecosystems
• Represent PranaChain at industry events, conferences, and demos
• Work directly with the founding team to align sales strategy with product and business milestones
• Recruit and eventually build out a sales team as the company scales
• Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and provide clear reporting on growth
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or digital health
- Proven track record of closing deals with healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, health systems)
- Experience building sales processes from scratch — not just executing existing ones
- Strong network in healthcare, health-tech, or adjacent industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, self-directed
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for patient privacy, digital health, and mission-driven work
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience selling into international markets (Middle East, South Asia, Canada, EU)
• Familiarity with health data standards (HL7, FHIR) or regulatory environments (HIPAA, PIPEDA)
• Previous experience in an early-stage or pre-revenue startup
• Existing relationships with hospital procurement or clinic decision-makers
