With great success PEI is expanding again and is in the market for a strong sales minded leader to lead the growth as the Head of Sales, India. You will have an opportunity to be a key figure with strategic insight and drive direct tactical actions in the India Market.
The Head of Sales will lead all the activities of the India field sales team. These activities include, but are not limited to, operations, sales, and product training. The Employee shall provide leadership and direction and motivation to all field sales employees to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the Company. They shall have thorough knowledge of the departmental duties of the rest of the business and the products the Company promotes. The employee will ultimately be responsible for the sales, product and financial performance of the outside sales team and will deliver the budgeted sales for his territory.
*Experience managing sales team and selling into the Defense, Energy, Commercial Air, Electronic Manufacturing, Rail Mass Transit would be highly valued.
