Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, formulating and executing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, and building and maintaining key client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, leading account management activities, and analyzing market trends to ensure ParkQwik remains a leader in the industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Expertise in Account Management and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and sales data to inform strategies
- Experience in Team Management, including guiding, mentoring, and motivating a dynamic sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Prior experience in the sharing economy, parking solutions, or mobility tech industries is a significant advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and meet organizational goals effectively
