📦 Product Management
• Manage product listings, cataloging, and inventory across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart
• Optimize listings with relevant keywords, content, and images
🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Oversee order flow, returns, and refunds to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
📈 Sales & Marketing
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns
• Manage PPC advertising and pricing strategies to drive growth
💬 Customer Engagement
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Enhance overall customer experience
📊 Data Analysis & Reporting
• Track sales performance and analyze trends
• Generate insights to improve business outcomes
🌐 Marketplace & Website Management
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
• Coordinate with platform account managers
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
✔ Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub
✔ Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
✔ Familiarity with online advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
✔ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools
