Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Orchha Palace and Resorts, located in Orchha. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales operations, manage and nurture client relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities also include analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and meet revenue goals
- Account Management experience for establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships
- Team Management expertise to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strong Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
