Experience-15+ years
Ctc- upto 34 lpa
Working Days- 6 days
Key Responsibilities:
Focus: Strategic direction, high-level decision-making, and overall revenue generation.
1. Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Set and monitor national sales targets and KPIs for the team.
- Build strategies for Gap Analysis
2. Revenue Growth:
- Achieve and exceed company-wide revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration in untapped sectors.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to improve performance and retention.
- Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, compliance, and company values.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.
5. Profit Margin Optimization:
- Ensure the achievement of national profitability goals by optimizing pricing strategies and cost structures.
- Regularly review and adjust discount policies to maintain margins.
- Revenue vs. Cost Analysis: Monitor and control overall sales-related expenses (travel, training, resources) to maximize profitability.
- Balance high revenue growth with sustainable cost management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
15-20 years of experience in engineering, with a focus on capital equipment and automation in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in automation systems and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
