Role Description
The Head of Sales will lead the sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage the overall sales operations to ensure targets are met. Key responsibilities include overseeing account management processes, leading and motivating the sales team, analyzing market trends, and cultivating relationships with key clients. The role also involves devising and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Proven expertise in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Exceptional Team Management skills to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior sales leadership experience in the healthcare or technology sector is a plus
