Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales, located in Jaipur. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing and driving the overall sales strategy to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and reporting on sales performance. The role also emphasizes collaboration with internal departments to align sales efforts with company objectives and contribute to long-term growth strategies.

  • Strong experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and business development plans
  • Proven ability in client relationship management, account management, and expanding market reach
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Data analytics and reporting expertise, with the ability to leverage insights for actionable strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills with a focus on driving performance and targets
  • Understanding of digital transformation, product engineering, and AI-driven solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Experience working in global markets or with international clients is highly desirable
