Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve collective and individual sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance review meetings and provide actionable feedback.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on collections and timely customer payments.
- Be physically present at the project sites on weekends to facilitate and oversee site visits.
- Ensure proper usage and regular updating of data in the CRM system.
- Monitor and enforce CRM discipline across the sales team.
- Ensure all leads are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Set sales targets for the team and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Track sales performance metrics and report results to the Director.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign follow-ups.
Maintain high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
