About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Head – Sales & Marketing to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Management and the Single Point of Authority (SPOA) for the entire Sales & Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving marketing, sales, and revenue growth across B2C, Channel Sales, EdTech solutions, digital solutions, and enterprise technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in strategic sales, digital marketing, partner ecosystem development, and commercial alignment, while building a high-performance, target-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage the complete Sales & Marketing function, including marketing, pre-sales, sales, and partner enablement teams.
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for EdTech platforms, digital learning solutions, and enterprise technology products.
- Drive revenue growth through B2C sales and Channel Partner Sales.
- Own and deliver sales targets across both direct and partner-led business channels.
2. Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Ensure all products are sales-ready with strong marketing and sales support assets, including:
- Standard demo environments
- Techno-commercial proposal templates
- Presentation decks with industry-specific use cases
- Product videos, DIY tutorials, and user manuals
- Institutional and enterprise solution pitch materials
3. Digital Marketing
- Lead and implement digital marketing strategies to generate leads and improve conversion, including:
- SEO and content marketing
- Website traffic monitoring, analytics, and conversion optimization
4. Global Partner Network (GPN) Development
- Set up and manage a strategic global partner network through:
- Standard partner enablement decks
- Demo site access for partners
- Structured pricing and revenue-sharing models
- Credential and testimonial packages
- Partner onboarding and enablement programs
- Partner performance management
- Partner relationship management
5. Customer & Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with:
- Clients and business partners for business development initiatives
- Mindlogicx subsidiaries and strategic alliance partners
- Industry associations and affiliate partners
6. Commercial Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Act as the central authority for coordinating commercial services across the organization.
- Collaborate with product development, technology services, branding, and product management teams to align product strategy with sales objectives.
- Ensure seamless internal communication, performance reporting, and execution of sales initiatives.
7. Revenue Growth & Performance Accountability
- Drive market expansion and achieve aggressive sales and revenue growth targets.
- Build and lead a high-performance sales culture with structured reporting and accountability.
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual business targets.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and accountability in all business outcomes.
