Job Description / Responsibilities
The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the complete sales function of LSR Realty and driving sustained revenue growth. The role demands a hands-on leader who can both close deals personally and build a high-performing sales team.
Experience
- 6 - 12 years (minimum 2 - 3 years in a team leadership role)

Key responsibilities include
- Lead and execute overall sales strategy, revenue planning, and monthly/quarterly closure targets.
- Manage, mentor, and scale a team of sales executives, site-visit coordinators, and closers.
- Own the complete sales funnel, including lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Track and continuously improve conversion ratios, deal velocity, and average ticket sizes.
- Work closely with the Founder on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and final negotiations.
- Ensure strict CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and complete pipeline visibility.
- Drive accountability, performance culture, and sales hygiene across the team.
- Actively participate in high-value client meetings and critical deal closures.
- Coordinate closely with marketing teams to improve lead quality and ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key market stakeholders.
Desired Profile of the Candidate
The ideal candidate should be a sales leader who leads from the front, not just a people manager.
Must-have requirements
- 6+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or property advisory.
- Currently or recently managing a sales team.
- Proven track record of strong personal closures along with team-driven revenue.
- Deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market (DLF, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension, New Gurgaon, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Polished personality with strong client-facing confidence.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to mentor junior sales staff while closing deals independently.
- Strong understanding of buyer psychology, pricing dynamics, and objection handling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership attitude toward revenue and growth.
