Role Description
As the Head of Sales, you will lead strategic sales initiatives and oversee the performance of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, managing Salesforce pipelines, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will also provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion. This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring a blend of in-office presence and in the remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Account Management and Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills to support informed decision-making
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficient communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance
- Previous experience in heavy engineering equipment or similar industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
