Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a national B2B and B2G cybersecurity sales strategy
• Drive large enterprise and government deal closures (RFP/RFI driven engagements)
• Own revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Build and mentor a high-performance sales team
• Establish CXO-level relationships across enterprises and public sector
• Lead strategic alliances and ecosystem partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing for brand positioning and demand generation
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across cybersecurity portfolios
Job Specification
• Proven track record of managing large cybersecurity sales portfolios
• Strong exposure to enterprise and government cybersecurity procurement processes
• Demonstrated ability to close multi-crore strategic deals
• Experience managing high-value negotiations and long sales cycles
• Strong leadership capability with team-building experience
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions such as SOC, MDR/XDR, VAPT, GRC,
Cloud Security, Managed Security Services
Skills Required
Mandatory Skills
• 15+ years of experience in Sales, with significant exposure in Cyber Security
• Strong B2B and B2G cybersecurity sales experience
• Proven revenue ownership and large deal closures
• Strong understanding of government tendering (GeM, RFP frameworks, PSU processes)
• Experience managing enterprise CXO relationships (CISO, CIO, CTO)
• Strategic sales planning and pipeline governance
• PCL understanding and commercial acumen
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Team leadership and performance management.
Good to Have Skills
• Exposure to global cybersecurity alliances
• Experience working with managed security services providers (MSSP)
• Existing network within BFSI, Government, Critical Infrastructure sectors
• Experience in scaling sales operations for a growth-stage company
• MBA or equivalent management qualification
Industry Preference
Candidates must have prior leadership experience within the Cyber Security industry only.
