Role Description
We are seeking a Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala, India. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving growth targets. Key duties include managing client accounts, driving revenue, implementing effective sales management processes, and performing data analysis to inform business decisions. Collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment of sales goals with the organization’s vision will be essential to the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills with experience in motivating and guiding sales teams
- Expertise in Account Management and building long-term, client-focused relationships
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive informed decision-making
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
