Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Sales Head to lead and scale the sales function across key industrial sectors. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, managing key accounts, and expanding business across new markets.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep understanding of process industries, and expertise in handling large-scale B2B industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead and manage sales teams
- Handle key accounts, EPCs, and consultants
- Manage tenders, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams
Experience Requirements
- 10–18+ years of experience in industrial or technical sales
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership/team management experience
- Proven track record of achieving large revenue targets
- Strong network within chemical/process industries preferred
- Strong experience handling industrial clients, EPCs, and consultants
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams
- Strong network in chemical/process industries
- Result-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
