Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Head of Sales, located in Chennai. The Head of Sales will be involved in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The intern will also play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and driving team performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate sales teams effectively
- Proficiency in Account Management to build and maintain client relationships
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to monitor market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
- Proven success in delivering on sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with fintech or digital payment solutions is a plus
