Coming Keys is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations and effectively manage team performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a strategic understanding of sales, and the ability to drive business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
• Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews
• Monitor targets and ensure timely achievement
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Coordinate client follow-ups and conversions
• Track team productivity and prepare reports
• Handle escalations and support deal closures
• Train and mentor sales executives
• Maintain workflow, discipline, and team coordination
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in sales/team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage targets and team productivity
• Knowledge of sales planning and reporting
• Professional, confident, and result-oriented approach
• Experience in client coordination and meeting management preferred
