Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Head to lead institutional and B2B sales initiatives for our EdTech solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience along with a technology-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate AI, robotics, and education solutions effectively to schools and academic stakeholders.
This role requires someone who can independently build pipelines, close partnerships, and contribute strategically to the company’s growth journey.
Key Responsibilities● Drive sales for AI, robotics, teacher training, and educational products.
● Develop and manage relationships with schools, principals, educators, and institutional partners.
● Generate leads through field sales, networking, partnerships, and outbound outreach.
● Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations for decision-makers.
● Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition.
● Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
● Identify new business opportunities and regional expansion possibilities.
● Represent the company at education events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications● 5+ years of experience in Sales, Technical, Business Development, or Institutional Sales.
● Preferred background in EdTech, AI, Robotics, or Technology products.
● Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and consultative selling.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
● Strong ownership mindset and target-oriented approach.
● Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
