Role Description : Sales Head
Looking for a Sales Head to own and scale go-to-market engine for Audit & Compliance software for India's accounting profession. This is a leadership role for someone who has sold software into CA or CS firms — and understands how partners at these firms think, buy, and adopt new tools.
What you'll own:
- Build and lead the end-to-end sales motion — pipeline, demos, closing, and renewals
- Take a live, proven product deeper into CA/CS firms across India
- Hire, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders on pricing, positioning, and GTM strategy
You're likely a strong fit if you have:
- 8+ years in B2B software/SaaS sales, with time spent selling to CA firms, CS firms, or the broader audit/compliance/accounting space
- A track record of carrying and beating revenue targets
- The credibility to sit across the table from firm partners and decision-makers
- Built or led a sales team before (a big plus)
Based in or open to relocating to Coimbatore.
