Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales, based in Hyderabad. The role involves leading and managing the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include developing effective sales strategies, overseeing account management, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities to drive revenue generation. The Head of Sales will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Team Management skills, including mentoring, leading, and motivating teams to achieve goals
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, sales data, and develop actionable insights
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Experience in the design, construction, or interior design industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous
