🏆 Sales Head | ChampCourts | Upto ₹12 LPA + Uncapped Incentives
We build professional sports courts — basketball, badminton, pickleball, tennis — for schools, corporates, housing societies, and private estates across India. Our courts last 15+ years. Now we're scaling. We need someone to build the revenue engine.
This is a department-building role. You report directly to the Founder. No VP layers. No approval queues. You hire your team, build the playbook, and own the number.
━━ What you'll own ━━
• Full sales cycle — lead gen to deal closure to collections
• Hire & lead a team of 3–5 Sales Executives
• Personally close high-value institutional deals
• Build CRM pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards
• Develop channel partnerships — architects, builders, sports associations
━━ Who we're looking for ━━
✔ 8–15 yrs B2B sales | 3+ yrs managing a team
✔ High-value, multi-week sales cycles
✔ Background in construction, infra, building materials, or institutional sales
✔ CRM-disciplined — dashboards, forecasts, pipeline hygiene
✔ Fluent English + Hindi (mandatory)
✔ Pan-India travel: 5–8 days/month
