Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnataka, India for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing strategic sales plans and building strong client relationships. Key tasks include driving revenue growth, managing and leading the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with distributors and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure long-term business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and delivering measurable revenue growth
- Strong skills in Account Management and client relationship building
- Experience in Team Management, mentoring, and fostering team performance
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, set performance objectives, and guide strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to penetrate and develop new markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the life sciences or biotechnology industry is a significant advantage
