Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Head of Sales. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales department, drive business growth, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage client relationships. This includes leading the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in leveraging data for decision-making
- Demonstrated success in Account Management and relationship-building with clients
- Effective Team Management skills with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
