Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales based in Gurugram, Lucknow and Noida. The Head of Sales will oversee and manage the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Core responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading account management activities, analyzing sales metrics, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded. The role will require fostering collaboration across teams and mentoring sales professionals to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills, with a track record of leading dynamic sales teams
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships
- Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in competitive markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory
