Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam for a Head of Sales and Business Development. The role involves leading sales efforts, managing and expanding client accounts, driving strategic business development initiatives, and overseeing a high-performing sales team. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, developing comprehensive sales strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and achieving business objectives while fostering strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills to coach, mentor, and inspire a team toward exceeding goals.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and business development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in sales leadership roles, particularly in relation to business consultancy or similar industries.
