Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales and Business Development at Tavaro Resorts, based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing the entire sales cycle, identifying and fostering client relationships, and managing key accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Head of Sales and Business Development will lead and coach the sales team, build strategic partnerships, and develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. The role also includes conducting regular market analysis to identify opportunities and trends, as well as collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve and exceed revenue objectives
- Proven expertise in Account Management and fostering client relationships
- Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills to motivate a high-performing team
- Sharp Analytical Skills for market research, gathering insights, and identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to create and execute tailored sales strategies for diverse market segments
- Experience in the luxury hospitality or events industry is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytics is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
