Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Business Development, located in Mumbai. The Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for driving new business development efforts, overseeing business planning initiatives, and managing contract negotiations. A significant part of the role will involve leading sales activities and ensuring key account management practices are aligned with the company's growth objectives. The role requires strategic and operational expertise in building and fostering long-term client relationships to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Business Planning
- Strong experience in Contract Negotiation and managing commercial agreements
- Extensive knowledge and skills in Sales and Account Management
- Ability to lead Business development teams and achieve overall company revenue targets.
- Established Industry Connect with Brand managers, agencies, and consultants for new business
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in the e-commerce or Marketing industry is highly desirable
- Ability to foster partnerships and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 5-8 years of Core Sales & Business Development experience in Advertising agencies
