Daamaira Home & Living creates spaces that people feel. We sit at the intersection of design, craft, and luxury — bringing home décor and lifestyle products to discerning clients, hospitality brands, and interior professionals across India. We are growing, and we need a sales leader who can carry our story to the market and return with numbers.
About the Role
This is not a coordination role. This is not a "build a strategy and present it" role. This is a close-the-deal, build-the-pipeline, own-the-revenue role.
The Head of Sales will be the commercial engine of Daamaira — responsible for revenue, relationships, and results. You will report directly to the Founders, operate out of our Rama Road office in New Delhi, and will be expected to lead from the front — on the field, not behind a screen.
What You Will Own
→ Revenue targets — monthly, quarterly, annual. Set, chased, and delivered. No ambiguity, no excuses.
→ Hospitality vertical — hotels, resorts, boutique stays, high-end F&B spaces. Convert relationships into contracts.
→ B2B channel growth — architects, interior designers, luxury retailers, lifestyle studios.
→ Field sales team — hire, lead, and hold accountable. You are a player-coach, not a spectator.
→ Sales process — pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, structured follow-through.
→ Every pitch ends with a next step. Every next step ends with a signature.
What You Must Bring
→ 6–12 years in home décor, furniture, lifestyle, luxury interiors, or adjacent premium categories → Proven track record closing high-value B2B deals with hospitality brands, hotel chains, or large interior projects
→ Active relationships with GMs, procurement heads, interior consultants, and design professionals — not just LinkedIn connections
→ Experience building or managing a sales team with clear accountability structures
→ Comfort with CRM, pipeline reporting, and data-backed forecasting
→ A field-first mindset — you go to the client, the client doesn't wait for you
Not the right fit: Candidates from FMCG, telecom, or purely digital sales backgrounds without direct home/lifestyle/hospitality experience.
