Key Responsibilities:
- Build the network within the fertilizer, pesticides and contract farming industry
- Build the network with the large institutional clients and distributers
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and implementing effective sales methodologies.
- leading the sales team, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, analyzing data to identify opportunities.
- Experience in revenue forecasting by tracking service requests, bookings, and customer demand trends.
- Understanding of the UAV industry or prior experience in similar sectors is an advantage.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong background in sales management within the fertilizer or pesticide industry.
- A proven track record of working with large agri-distributors and institutional clients.
- Understanding of how UAV/Drone technology adds value to modern farming (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Ability to turn service requests and market trends into predictable revenue.
- Bachelor’s/MBA in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture.
