Head of Sales – IT Staffing / GCC Accounts
📍 Bangalore | 💼 10+ Years Experience
We are hiring a Head of Sales with strong experience in the IT Staffing industry who has a proven track record of closing large enterprise or GCC clients.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions sales
- Proven experience closing large enterprise / GCC accounts
- Ability to drive large-scale deployments (40–60+ engineers)
- Strong enterprise client acquisition and relationship management
- Must have sold staffing solutions (not SaaS, product, or unrelated services)
- Demonstrated success in closing enterprise clients (e.g., Amazon, Uber, Morgan Stanley, large GCCs)
- Clear evidence of revenue ownership, profit responsibility, account growth, or multi-crore staffing business delivery
Preferred Background
Experience working with global IT staffing or talent solutions firms serving enterprise clients, such as companies similar to: Varite | Wissen | Aditi Consulting | Collabera | eTeam | Net2Source | Compunnel
Compensation
₹30L – ₹50L CTC (depending on client portfolio & experience)
