We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales (Remote Cum Hybrid) to lead our growth in the digital marketing space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building client relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services (SEO, Google & Meta Ads, Social Media, Website Development etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in digital marketing or services)
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Experience & Eligibility- Minimum 2 years of sales experience required
- Candidates with 4–5 years of proven sales experience are highly encouraged to apply
- Freelancers and part-time professionals with strong sales experience and closing ability are welcome on a commission-only basis
Compensation Structure- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ (based on deals closed)
- Total Earning Potential: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000+ per month for high performers

50% While a fixed salary is offered, continued employment and incentive eligibility depend on achieving minimum performance benchmarks.
