Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode for a Head of Retail Sales. The Head of Retail Sales will drive retail growth through effective team management, strategy development, and achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing daily retail operations, leading and mentoring the sales team, developing effective customer engagement practices, and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions that support business objectives. The role involves cultivating excellent relationships with customers and implementing strategies to enhance the overall retail experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales strategies with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making
- Experience in Team Management and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent Customer Service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with the organic food market and consumer trends is advantageous
