Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Retail Sales, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Responsibilities include leading the retail sales strategy and execution, driving sales growth, managing and motivating a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service across locations. The role also involves analyzing sales data, setting performance targets, and developing strategies to align with organizational goals. As a leader, the Head of Retail Sales will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the continued success of the company's retail operations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Retail Sales and proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Successful track record in Sales and developing strategies for business growth
- Experience in Team Management, including motivating and leading sales teams to exceed goals
- Proficient in Customer Service and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- Relevant experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
