Job Description: Head of Retail
Location: Delhi (NCR)

footwear, handbags, fragrances, and stockings for women.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail to lead Theater’s offline retail business—from
expansion strategy and store operations to revenue growth and customer experience. This role will
be responsible for building a scalable retail function, driving store productivity, and ensuring
operational excellence across all retail touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall retail business strategy, including store expansion, business planning, and
execution.
Drive store sales, profitability, and KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and repeat
customer rate.
Build and manage retail operations including SOPs, inventory management, visual
merchandising, and customer service standards.
Identify and evaluate new store locations, lease opportunities, and expansion partnerships.
Hire, train, and lead retail teams including regional/store managers and frontline staff.
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure strong in-
store execution.
Establish strong reporting cadence on store performance, footfall, productivity, and
profitability.
Ensure consistency in brand experience across all physical retail channels.
Drive omni-channel integration between offline retail and digital commerce.
Own P&L for the retail business vertical.
Key Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in fashion / footwear / accessories /
lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of scaling multi-store retail operations.
Strong understanding of store economics, merchandising, retail operations, and customer
experience.
Experience in premium / mass-premium brands preferred.
Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and execution capability.
MBA / PGDM preferred.
