Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Retail position, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Head of Retail will oversee retail operations, formulate and execute business strategies, achieve revenue targets, manage sales activities, and ensure all stores adhere to brand standards. This role involves analyzing market trends, optimizing store performance, and leading and mentoring retail teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in Retail and Sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets while managing store operations efficiently.
- Effective Team Management skills to lead and develop diverse teams, foster collaboration, and enhance employee performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to execute business strategies and maintain quality standards.
- Experience in developing sales strategies and building relationships with key stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Background in the fitness or health and wellness industry is a definite advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
